Nina Feldman Co-Artistic Director
Nina is a multidisciplinary artist whose work focuses on socio-political issues and their impact on each of us. Her practice has developed from the perspective of South African political theatre, through contemporary performance and wanting to find her own way of working within a pressurised urban environment.
Debora Minà Co-Artistic Director
Debora is an Italian theatre maker, facilitator, lecturer and researcher. Her work is concerned with social engagement, belonging, and how the creative process can contribute to the expansion of identity. She works in London and internationally in socially engaged theatre creating and delivering projects that elevates the voices of refugees and female survivors of human trafficking. From 2014 to 2022 she was the project director of Future, Pan Intercultural Arts theatre group for unaccompanied minors asylum seekers. She is an associate artist of physical ensemble theatre company The PappyShow, an Associate Lecturer in the MA Applied Theatre at Goldsmiths College and a visiting lecturer in other Uk universities. Her PhD research at Queen Mary University explores the connection between collaborative theatre making and healing.
Mita Pujara is an artist and independent evaluator who has a background in applied theatre, performance and choreography and has been working in the field of socially engaged arts since 1997. Her practice encompasses dance and drama facilitation, project direction, academic research and performance, evaluation and consultancy. She specialises in participatory methodologies which blend creative, arts-based methods with traditional approaches to create meaningful, inclusive and bespoke evaluations.
Annabel Rook is a theatre maker and practitioner working in theatre for social change. For PAN Intercultural Arts she created and co-founded The Amies Projects for female survivors of human trafficking, and the Future group for young refugees. Annabel has trained at the Institute of Group Analysis and has extensive knowledge of working with survivors of trauma. She is the director of MamaSuze, a creative community for women and children.
